Ordering and delivery

Found an item you absolutely must have? Great!

  1. Select the desired color and/or size and click "Add to Cart." You can continue shopping and return to your cart at any time by clicking the "Cart icon" in the top right corner. Please note that adding items to your cart does not automatically reserve them.

  2. Finished shopping? Then it's time to complete your order. Click the "Shopping cart" icon in the top right corner to access your items. On the next page, you can adjust the quantities if necessary. Then click the "Continue to checkout" button. You'll now be taken to the checkout page, where you can easily enter all your information on a single page.

Please note: Once you have completed your order, you cannot change it as we will process your order immediately to ensure you receive it as quickly as possible.

Frequently Asked Questions about Shipping:

  1. What are the shipping costs? Monsori covers the shipping costs. So you don't pay any shipping costs.
  1. Can I track my delivery? Yes, we ship all our items with Track & Trace. You can track the status of your order via the order status page. You'll receive a link to the order status page via email once your order has been shipped. Please note that it may take a while for the Track & Trace status to become available.
  1. What are the delivery times? At Monsori, we strive for fast delivery of our products. If you place an order on weekdays before 3:00 PM, we aim to process your order the same day. Many of our items are shipped directly from our suppliers. This means that the delivery time is average delivery time 6-12 working days*.

  2. What if I am not home during delivery? If you are not home at the time of delivery, your package will be held at a PostNL location (Bpost for Belgian orders) for 7 days. You will receive a notification from the driver with the pickup location. After these 7 days, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

  3. Wrong address. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is correct. We do our best to expedite processing and shipping, so there is always a short window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have entered an incorrect shipping address.

  4. Lost or stolen package. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your Track & Trace indicates your package was delivered to your address but you haven't received it, please report this within 14 days of the specified delivery date. We will initiate an investigation with PostNL and keep you updated until the investigation is complete.
