Exchanges and returns
1. Returns within 30 days: At Monsori, we strive to ensure you're satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied with a product, we offer a 30-day return policy. You can return the product within 30 days of receipt.
2. Conditions for returns: To be eligible for return, the product must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be in its original condition and unused.
- All accessories, manuals and any free gifts that came with the product must be returned.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, including any protective materials.
- Please make sure you complete the return form and include it with the returned products.
If the returned product exhibits defects, flaws, and/or damage that the consumer has not reported to Monsori in advance, this may affect the consumer's right to a full refund. In accordance with Dutch law, Monsori reserves the right to provide a partial refund in cases where the diminished value of the product is demonstrably due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.
3. Return process: To request a return, please contact our customer service. They will provide you with further instructions and guide you through the return process. Please note that, depending on the product, the order may need to be returned to a different country (Asia). Return shipping costs are your responsibility and depend on the courier you choose (€20.00 with PostNL). We recommend sending your return using a traceable shipping method to prevent loss or damage to the package. Returns to addresses other than those in Asia will NOT be refunded.
4. Refunds: Once we've received and inspected the returned product, we'll process your refund. The refund will be processed through the original payment method used to place your order. Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
5. Damaged or defective products: If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue. Depending on the situation, we can send you a replacement, arrange a repair, or process a refund.
6. Non-transferable products: Please note that certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons, safety regulations, or other legal restrictions. These include, but are not limited to, earrings, piercings, underwear, bras, swimwear, earplugs, cosmetics, personal care products, and opened consumables, such as cleaning products.
